Come to Tuscano for your next CE. The Tuscano Agency will again be hosting a webinar based CE course provided by the Pennsylvania Surplus Lines Association. The course, "Cyber Liability" will be a 2 hour course, held on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 from 9AM until 11AM.

"Cyber Liability" begins with an introduction to social networking and how it is being defined as a legal and risk-management proposition. The course will cover related legal principles and landmark cases. Privacy principles and the laws that affect them will also be covered, along with insuring agreements and exclusions from the ISO standard policy form. The final section includes a discussion of basic non-insurance risk managment considerations.

For producers, social networking presents an opportunity to manage risk for commercial clients by providing insurance coverage (as available) for the risk, but also to provide non-insurance services and advice to clients.

This course will be led by Rick Pitts, Esq. Arlington/Roe & Company.

Cost is $45 for PSLA members, $55 for non members
