• Healthy employment levels, because when people are working, they need benefits and protection.
• Moderate inflation, so premiums remain competitive and sustainable for everyone.
• Carrier appetite with year-round cheer—plenty of capacity, broad appetites, and underwriting elves who stamp “bind” more than “decline.”
• CATs confined to snow globes—let the only storms we see be in decorative centerpieces, not on our loss runs.
• More Joy for Our Customers: We want every interaction to feel like opening a gift—full of value and delight.
• Stronger Connections: Because nothing beats the magic of trust and partnership.
