Advance Notification Regarding Notice of Non-Renewal

Your insured will receive a Notice of Non-Renewal directly from Indemnity Insurance Corp. We will forward a copy for your file as soon as we receive in our office.

RCA Insurance Group, a Managing General Underwriter for this carrier, decided to sever their relationship with Indemnity Insurance Corp. after the carrier was downgraded by A M Best to ‘B’, under review with Negative Implications. Additional regulatory issues may now have surfaced between Indemnity Insurance Corp. and the Delaware Insurance Commissioner which resulted in a seizure of the firm as reported in Insurance Journal October 30 2013. http://www.insurancejournal.com/news/east/2013/10/30/309777.htm Neither the most recent A M Best report or the Delaware Department of Insurance website mention the seizure cited in the Insurance Journal Article.

At your instruction, we will begin pursuing mid-term alternative quotes, in the event this is the avenue you would choose to pursue. Completion of the attached application will aid our ability to remarket.
