Effective May 19, 2014, we are altering how we process credits on financed policies.  Currently, we send the credit invoice and ask that you hold the credit until advised how much has been refunded to the finance company, at which time, a separate adjustment is made to your account.  

To streamline the process and give you all the information in a more timely manner, you will now see an adjustment on the credit invoice reflecting how much is being sent to the finance company.  You will still be provided with an Explanation of Credit, which will be generated at the time of invoicing.

The financing scenarios include:
Policies which are financed through Tuscano including Highland Premium Finance and IPFS
Policies where we receive the funds from the finance company directly
Policies where the carrier requires Tuscano to return premiums direct to the finance company which includes White Pine and Founders
